I’m not sure about the yogurt, it might be ok? Able or someone could probably answer that better than me. I don’t think we have any sugar free yogurt here.
As for “health” food, I think you can get by with just eating the easiest health food of all…veggies! I don’t have many specific “health food” products I get except for some flours, that sort of thing…like buckwheat, oat bran, coconut flour. I don’t know if you could find those in Ecuador or not, maybe buckwheat? But yeah, I mean I mainly eat a LOT of veggies and a couple organic eggs a day, then supplement with my weird hippie stuff like hemp seeds and buckwheat and coconut manna.
