Thanks guys! Im starting to feel a little better each day. I think Im just going to take it easy and rest until I feel better. Ill get rid of the pasta and berries. I think my problem is I introduce new foods and then I completely overdo it and start making them a regular part of my daily diet.
I do have a question about the coconut bread though. Wouldnt it be considered a high carb starch also? I know its gluten free and coconut has anti-fugal properties but it just seems like the bread would be full of carbs and would break down into simple sugars also.
