In my experience pro-biotics/kefir/ferments have boosted my immune system way more then any other supplement I have ever taken. period.
I have over a dozen candida related symptoms but I have not gotten sick in close to 2 years. This is actually kind of strange to me. My girlfriend gets sick about 3 times a year and I never get so much as a stuffy nose. Years ago, Before I ever knew my digestive issues were yeast related I was still making kefir, kumbucha, and high CFU pro-biotic capsules. I feel that over time it took my immune system to another level.
Are you still doing kefir and taking high count pro-biotics EVERYDAY?
