Thought I’d give an update on my progress seen as its been a few days. I am actually feeling better since upping the probiotic to 2 a day. However my stomach does not shut up! Its gurgling 24/7 – any advice on how to stop that?
I’m taking 3 drops of oregano oil a day and 12 teaspoons of coconut oil (I’m going through such a huuggee amount of that stuff!).
I’ve been adding rice bran into my coconut flour bread in the hopes it will up the fibre and make me a bit more regular but no luck there.
Anyway in terms of the probiotic and antifungals.. what’s the next step? Should I stick where I am for a while? Or perhaps add another drop of the oregano oil or something?
Another question as I got some pumpkinseed butter yesterday and I’m wondering if that would be allowed?
Other than those few points I do feel a bit better so yay! Let’s hope I didn’t speak too soon heh…
