That’s probably your digestive system getting used to the increased amount of probiotics. I would imagine it will stop when that happens.

Katy, try Ground Flax Seeds, taking 1 tablespoon 2-3 times daily in a glass of water. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you how important it is that you drink plenty of water, especially with the flax seed. You can also purchase milled flax seed and make bread from this perhaps mixing it with coconut flour and/or brown rice bran flour. Spectrum is a good brand but of course there are other brands as well. This is usually sold in health food stores but it’s also sold online at Amazon.

I really wouldn’t add anything just yet; allow your system to adjust the changes you’ve already made first.

I suppose if you’ve eaten pumpkin seeds without a problem you should have no trouble. But if not, I would treat this as a ‘test’ food item.
