Thanks impossible. Now that I think about it, I bought unsweetened Coconut Milk earlier this week (to try in place of regular milk) and it didn’t cause the throat mucus problem (actually, I said pharynx below but the mucus always occurs lower than my pharynx, around my voice box). I also woke up sweating in the middle of the night and this morning, I’m pretty achy, especially my back. So I may lay off the coconut oil for today regardless.
I’ve never had food allergies or sensitivities before but after two rounds of nexium in the past 10 months (ugh – never touching that stuff again), I’m wondering if some could have developed. I just finished breakfast – one organic egg, scrambled with salt and EVOO – and I’m starting to get a little foamy mucus in my throat. 🙁
