I will call company and do more research today. Have no idea (or time) to make my own kefir. The coconut milkshakes have organic coconut milk, cinnamon, cardamom, a few ice cubes, a little stevia and a scoop of Sun Warrior raw, vegan brown rice protein. It has all the amino acids and I am on week 4 so I think I can add sprouted brown rice? Is this correct? I really need protein and it’s light and cooling in the summer and feels like I am having a sweet. On occasion I add 1/2 teaspoon of organic, raw cacao. Real raw cacao has zero sugar and lots of antioxidants. Perhaps frowned upon for the trace amounts of caffeine.
How is organic, green tea on this diet? I have a cup about 2-3x a week and so far it seems ‘ok’. I honestly miss coffee the most. More than anything else.
