Hi hwc, coconut milk is fine as long as the ingredients are just coconut milk and water. As far as the kefir is concerned, Flourish is listed as one of the ingredients, and I have no idea what that is, so I can’t really say whether it’s safe. You’re actually better off making your own kefir since it contains more strains than store bought.

Everything else looks good. You may want to consider adding rutabaga since it is a great antifungal. It makes great fries and hash browns, and mashed rutabaga is really good too. Also, if you find that you’re still hungry throughout the day, I’ve found that avocados keep me satiated.
