I wanted to hear someones thoughts on my modifications. I used the same ingredients just increased them to find the right amount to fit in my pan and to find the consistency i was looking for. This made a batch that I just cut into 4 squares basically. I figure 1 square a day is ok.
3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 cup of coconut flour
1 teaspoon of rumfords aluminum free baking powder
