Coconut bread is my new love!
I made it for the first time yesterday. I added a lot of cinnamon and eat it with coconut butter spread on top. I LOVE IT!
I can’t wait to try new things with it like adding zucchini maybe? What about powdered cocoa? It doesn’t contain sugars does it?
hmm the possibilities are endless really. Lemon and ginger…
It makes me happy knowing I can trick the yeast into thinking im eating cake! HA..life on a candida diet just got a little easier!
