Sea salt won’t contain sugar, but that oat milk contains 4g per 100ml. Candida has nothing to do with lactose intolerance, so I’m not sure why oat milk should get a free pass. People seem to have the same misperception about organic and gluten-free foods. Maybe you could experiment with kefir if you wanted to make ice-cream? It’s easy enough to make cream cheese with it.
