So I made another batch today and had one slice only.
Didn’t feel as bad as I did on Friday night/Saturday, but I felt a tiny little bit bloated.
I might stick to one slice a day for the next few days and see how I feel.
Slightly concerned by Nikki’s comments, I don’t want to end up going backwards..
Samm, have you tried using Betaine HCL (hydrochloride) with your meals, this can definitely help with the bloating. Take one table while eating your meal. If you’re still bloated afterwards, try taking two the next time.
Still waiting for it to arrive, should be today or tomorrow.
Do you think that may help as that’s the only symptom I have when eating coconut bread…
