I too have that “blocked” feeling from time to time. Like you said, it seems much worse whenever I eat animal proteins, like eggs or chicken. In fact, I’m giving up on meat altogether until I get things moving on a more regular schedule; I still eat 3 to 6 eggs a day. I did find that buckwheat seemed to help matters to an extent.
