The omelette was only whisked eggs. I had poached egg today and was fine with that. It seems like I’m having trouble digesting them if they are more cooked. Or it could be the trace amount of fried olive oil, but I doubt that.
I recently read Able’s thread on swedish bitters which I hadn’t seen before. I’ll pick some up and that might help things. In the past I’ve tried different types of digestive enzymes but could not say if they worked well due to my other diet factors.
