I would check out posts on acto-lactoferin or regular lactoferin which will help your iron levels. We generally don’t recommend taking an iron supplement by itself…
You hair loss issues are likely related to multiple mineral deficiencies and not just iron levels.
I just turned 30 and I am getting quite bald. Its sad but its definitely partially genetic. My hair has grown back in spurts since I have been on the diet but it hasn’t fully regrown. I think my headphones damage my head as well. I wouldn’t plan on the diet and nutrition allowing for your hair to grow back…this needs a different treatment in my opinion.
I wouldn’t touch any bottom feeders from the ocean because they will contain heavy metals.
