Here’s the strict food list most of the members follow on the forum, it’s different than the websites food list:
On page 11 is the old list. If you want an official link to the list ask able900. Almond flour isn’t listed but I haven’t had a problem with it and it used to be on the list.
Tomatoes are not on the list because they contain sugars and are a fruit. However if you aren’t allergic to them, eating a little bit of tomato won’t set you back too much. Its a personal decision type of thing. Most tomatoes contain 4-8g of sugar per tomato.
