Wow! That’s great news. I cut out broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts. I ate rutabaga for dinner tonight. I am chewing my food 50 times each bite (it liquifies lol). I heard acv is good for digestion and I will try that 30 min before. I am also going to order the Swedish bitters. Can you tell me what kind (brand) and where you ordered them? I have never heard of them before so I don’t want to do it randomly. I also did a water fast yesterday to test if it was food related or something that required a scope. No bloat, so it’s definitely food/digestion related. I am also writing down everything I eat, so if I do bloat after a meal, I can narrow down the culprit. It’s a full time job! I am lucky I am a teacher and off right now!
