If you’re on stage one of the forum diet I’d recommend trying pumpkin as a test item first to make sure you don’t suffer any reaction from it. I’ve had issues with pumpkin in the past. In very small amounts it doesn’t seem to bother me too much, but in larger amounts it creates all kinds of havoc. Pumpkin contains around 4-5 grams of sugar, as well as starch.
