Just a note on what I said about eating anything you want for three months.
I have just found, from someone else’s posting a learned man named Art Ayers.
He basically says that our typical western diet of sugars and not much fibre effectively narrows down the variety of species in our gut, and he suggests that eating lightly rinsed garden vegetables, raw, is a way to maintain and replenish a wide variety of gut bacteria.
So, I’m now of the opinion, that if a cure does arise, we all must at least incorporate more vegetables and less fastfoods and sugary food in our diet. Not saying we can’t treat, and have pizza and softdrink, and chocolate now and then, just change the percentage of our diet to more good stuff.
