(relax people) stress keeps your body in a state of cortisol release, and you can’t heal leaky gut with that! there are a lot of clinicians that say carrots are fine in moderation, and many encourage their consumption because they contain antifungal properties. one carrot doesn’t seem to bother me, it’s when i eat several I notice a slight reaction.
yes, one definitely needs to experiment. i had been on a GAPS diet of veggies and meat only, and a week ago i added in rice bran, then buckwheat. and i can say i think i will continue. i think the boost in bacteria is helping, and hopefully it’s what I’ve been missing. and the buckwheat is so tasty now. i don’t even need milk.
