phil1, you can get through it! I went through very bad fatigue for about 2 weeks (Like you, much worse before the diet) before I got used to it. The entire time I could only think of carbs and sugary foods though I wasn’t really hungry and wasn’t starving myself, it was just major carb/sugar/caffeine withdrawal.
Everyone’s body is different, but I just wanted to say I’ve been there and it absolutely gets better. I’m a little past a month now and I have the same energy level as before starting the diet. I don’t crave carbs or sugar anymore either. If I can do it, you certainly can! Good luck 🙂
