I’m eating raw or steamed green vegetables, raw or poached eggs, shop bought sauerkraut (Krakus – ingredients: cabbage, salt), oatbran, buckwheat, aloe vera juice, water, nettle tea, raw garlic, probiotics, and I’ve just started eating coconut oil (felt nauseous and have had diarrhea all day).
I tried eating greek yoghurt and woke up the next morning groggy and with a blocked up nose.
