I find there’s actually quite a bit of room with the food if you’re creative and look for recipes. Invest in a good herb and spice collection. Do curries. Do something new at least every other day. it’ll make you appreciate the food you can eat so much more and the variety will do your body good. If you’re craving foods it might very well be because your body is lacking something. Switching it up, within the accepted diet parameters, will tune you into your body and let you know what your body needs. I also have not found eating red meat now and again to have any determinable consequences.
