If you check the stickied thread on supplements I believe on of the moderators comments that all the supplements are non-essential EXCEPT a good quality probiotic. Having said that you will suffer if you don’t take the molybdenum and milk thistle too, so those are the 3 essential supplements.
Also bare in mind the idea of false economy, not using good antifungals can delay your recovery meaning you need to take the essential supplements for longer which will cost you more money!
Personally I only use the virgin coconut oil and rely on getting the rest of the antifungals from food sources [sprouts, rutabaga, garlic etc.] but i have CFS so i am taking things less aggressively.
I’m also getting a vit c that contains 20% spirulina so that will also kill of the candida i believe.
Sorry just noticed you are talking specifically about the cleanse? This is optional so i skipped it due to my cfs.
Actually, everything on the list is optional, as I’m sure that, during this period of time especially, many people are experiencing economical problems. I suppose if I was asked to name one thing that is not optional in the entire treatment, in other words, one thing that is absolutely necessary for even a long term cure, it would have to be a good probiotic, as no one will actually be able to cure a Candida albicans infestation without this.
