Thanks again, cmoore. Following your latest link, it seems like there are some less invasive and expensive tests on the horizon to diagnose celiac coming out of this study and one in Argentina. Maybe when these come out, I will be ready to get diagnosed. Yeah, it would be a more perfect world if we wouldn’t have to worry about the occasional times our food unknowingly becomes contaminated with gluten. Supposedly, there are some supplements in vitamin stores out that you can take with meals that lessen any severity of symptoms if you would accidently eat something with gluten. I might check this out some more, not sure if it is valid or not yet. Your right, gluten isn’t good for anyone.
