Indian food. The spices are really good for you, so much so that you might get away with chickpeaflour dumpling or whole wheat chapatis (not naan!). Avoid white rice.
Avoid sauces in general. Ask for no dressing on your salads, except for maybe a little olive oil. If you have to eat potatoes its not the end of the world. I’d go for chicken and sea food aswell. You might get big reactions from non fresh spices like garlic powder or paprika powder. It is worth asking the waiter exactly what is on the food.
