Yes thats what I mean…I’ve been on able’s strict diet for a year. I am on stage 2 and eat things not on his list such as fruit, almond butter, etc. now but thats all I’ve added in. Every few months I will eat a tiny piece of dark chocolate (size of hersheys chocolate square) as my cheat item, and occasionally eat rice and rice products as a cheat item.
I go out to eat once every 2-3 months and cheat as well (like chinease or korean bbq).
I guess I shouldn’t talk about cheating too much on here, but I can get away with it. I sometimes feel a little run down for a few days afterwards, but in general my body can handle it at this point.
I am going on a major cheating spree soon; going to maui for my honeymoon for 8 days and going off the diet for this trip.
You can start to cheat more when your symptoms go away and I feel its important to gauge where you are at via you allergies as you heal your gut.
