I made this for dinner last night. It was ahhhhhmazing! Although I found a few things to edit for next time, overall I enjoyed everything about it!
Because I don’t have a pizza pan, I used an 8″ or 9″ pie dish. For that reason, I could have easily cut down on the dough…maybe even half! Thus I definitely did not put as many veggies on as I should have. A couple handfuls of fresh spinach went down first. Then sauteed onion (I think I could have used an entire onion not just 1/2). I also added MORE garlic as a topping (not just in the sauce) because I love that crap. Next time I’ll probably roast the garlic first to add a richer flavor. Finally I topped it off with slices of black olives (the Lindsay Naturals brand, just olives, water & sea salt, found at Earth Fare). YUM!!!!
Oh, and to answer Jojilla’s question for everyone: I didn’t prebake the crust, and it was fine.
