Hi Everyone, I ended up making the pizza a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it!
I made the crust in my food processor, and once blended, altered the recipe by added liquid until it formed a big ball. I was prepared for the usual gluten-free sticky crust, but this was not like that. I was able to roll it with a rolling pin without it sticking! I couldn’t believe it!
I topped mine with homemade pesto (I don’t measure—just a ton of basic, garlic, olive oil and hemp nuts with some salt) and caramelized onions and arugula. I loved it!
I baked it at 450 or 500 in the bottom of the oven on a pizza stone for not very long (5-7min maybe?), and it was truly delicious and perfect!
