It is very simple & yes the taste has to grow on you
I’ve cut up the bread in small chunks & toasted them to make croutons
Buckwheat flour is an acquired taste
The other bread recipe I use that’s sweeter & almost chewier is this:
Oat Bran Bread –
3 cups oat bran
1 cup kefir
2 Tblsp olive oil
1/2tsp Pink Seasalt
1 Tblsp gluten free baking powder
It is in a sloppy (but not runny) mixture. Into an oiled bread tin.
375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
