If by “Super Enzymes” you were referring to “NOW” I would stop taking those immediately and switch to Swedish Digestive Bitters so that your body can make its own enzymes in the type and amount needed at the time.
You mentioned “Poor liver function/blockage.” The digestive bitters will also flush out the liver every time you take them which will help the liver and therefore the brain fog if this is part of the problem.
To clear up the brain fog; are you taking the Molybdenum Amino Acid Chelate form of molybdenum? Taking the 250 mcg tablets, you can go as high as 1000 mcg a day for a short period of time to clear the brain fog, and then go back to 750 mcg a day for a while. You should drink Nettle Leaf tea during the time you’re taking the Molybdenum to protect the copper supply.
