I have realized that I feel symptom free when I do not eat chicken. Animal protein causes gas for me and I also adjusted my portions. This is what I have to do to feel symptom free and it feels great. I do fine with sardines so I’ll eat 3 cans (3 servings) a week. For those struggling with gas reduce your portions so that you can eat every 3 hrs or so without feeling full but satisfied and cut out chicken or eggs and see how you feel.
