I was eating anything I wanted, then I got sick with an infection while on vacation, and the nightmare started immediately. Ever since that day, I’ve been sick as a dog. Yes, I ate whatever I wanted. I binged drinked with friends and ate cheese, ice cream, etc. I would also eat very healthy at home, and loved it. So my plan is to heal mysealf, and I’ve already envisioned “an adjusted” me, albiet a healthier one.
My hope is to restore my immune system to max capacity and return balance back to my gut flora with all this kefir and probiotics.
Then continue to stay on the strict diet, vitamins, probiotics, and a toned-down dosage of antifungals for another 6 months to be sure I fully heal all my organs. Durig this time is when I will start exercising again. This wiil be a glorious day.I’ll start slow as my body is a shell right now, but I should be able to gain muscle mass, restore joint flexibility, and play full basketball games and tennis matches in my downtown clubs. I can’t wait to be mentally sharp and looking like a Spartan warrior. Instead of just weights and boot camp classes at my gym, I am going to become a thrill seeking junkie…it will be a new me. Kayaking on the river, trail riding, networking at a local happy hour, meeting with non-profit clubs to help in the community. Think of all the fun and excitement you can get from a “cured” protocol.
After that, for the next 6 months I will slowly introduce things like sweet potatoes and fried chicken, a few cheeses, dried beans, a glass of wine.
