Great to hear Raster! I think doing Florastor again is a good idea, it definitely seems to help.
It’s wonderful you are able to have a “cheat day” and not notice any ill effects. That is my goal too– to eventually be able to have a cheat day where I can mainly eat normally and have a couple cocktails…the rest of the time, I’d stick to the strict diet…sort of the way dieters do.
I know you said this may be your last official post, but do keep us updated on how you are doing.
