I personally wouldn’t worry too much about what comes out at the other end because it will vary day by day, week by week, month by month while on the diet. Drinking too much water can cause unusual stools and so can vitamins, how much you chew your food, etc. There is a lot of factors that effect the differences…
The thing I would worry about is if any undigested food comes out of the stool such as undigested spinach, rice, quinoa, etc. This can be problematic as it means that candida can eat on this since it is fermenting undigested in the gut.
