I’ve also started making/taking Kefir a few weeks ago, perhaps this is having some influence/causing the bad stomach a bit. I also was on Molybdenum this last month but not noticed any difference at all, it’s not a supplement that my nutritionist recommended, but there seemed to be so much hype on here that I thought I ought to. I’ve just ordered more as run out. On reccomendation by my nutritionist, I also drink root dandelion coffee to support my liver. Doing the epsom bath salts too.
I’m pretty ill and not working, there is no chance I could work with the health that I have had for the last 10 months.
