My diet consist of everything except sugar, yeast & vinegar. I am not too selective about the “types” of fruits and/or veggies that I eat. Although, I try to limit my fruits to twice a day and I opt for the ones with the lowest sugar content (berries).
Your problems are shown above. The first statement says that your probiotic source is way too low in both count and strains.
The second shows that you’re following a diet which will continue to feed the infestation every day.
Worrying about the antifungals is a waste of time as nothing will work until you ‘fix’ the major problems above.
