I am currently taking:
PAU D’ARCO 1 tablet 6 times a day
RE-X COMBINATION HERB 1 tablet 2 times a day
STRESS FORMULA 1 tablet twice a day
BIFIDOPHILUS FLORA FORCE 1 tablet 4 times a day
(Each capsule contains the friendly bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus 1.25 billion, Lactobacillus rhamnosus 1.25 billion, Lactobacullus casei one billion, Bifidobacterium longum 500 million)
SILVERGARD MOUTHWASH 2 teaspoons twice a day
LBS II 1 tablet once a day
HYDRATED BENTONITE 1 teaspoon twice a day
My diet consist of everything except sugar, yeast & vinegar. I am not too selective about the “types” of fruits and/or veggies that I eat. Although, I try to limit my fruits to twice a day and I opt for the ones with the lowest sugar content (berries). I can not really pinpoint any differences from the first time around except that I was not as creative with my food. For example, instead of rice milk I now drink coconut milk. I now use stevia, organic vanilla extract…. I am also now trying to cut back on the carbs (ie. rye bread, rice, sweet potatoes, etc.) just to try and reduce my bloating.
The first time around I was also taking more supplements I believe.
