I was trying to post my thank to all of you but I have experienced some problems with the forum all these days.
I don’t drink kefir Raster as I am lactose intolerant. After having ghee a month ago, I had very bad breaks out, I dont want to try dairy ever in my life.
As I understand that I can have vit b 12. What about vit b complex?
