depends on how long u have been on the diet, you can try oat bran, what i do is this
Boil 1 1/2 cups water, add in 1/2 cup oat bran turn heat down to low, let cook for 2 minutes
stir in stevia, cinnamon olive oil and coconut oil.
tastes good 🙂
