The amount of your molybdenum supplement is fine, but if you can obtain empty capsules in your area, I suggest that you divide the dose into two times a day. Molybdenum doesn’t accumulate in the body tissue, that’s why, during die-off you need to take it on a regular basis several times a day.

Taking a break from the antifungals was a good idea; if you feel a lot better, then it was probably the die-off causing the problems you’ve been experiencing lately. I would wait a few days and then add another one, perhaps coconut oil if you can obtain it, if not, perhaps oil of oregano (liquid) or garlic capsules plus garlic cloves.

One question remains for me, sorry about being a stickler for knowledge, I hope you dont mind. I understand that if I was eating a lot meat 2 weeks a ago that my body freaked out. But why do I still have these adrenal stress feelings in my body. Not so much any more but its there. Now when I read that you where saying that ammonia plays a big part in these, even with the burning urin symptom which I too suffer on and off. I wondered why is the still the ammonia / adrenalin connection even I am very strong on the died, meaning not eating much meat? Where is that ammonia / adrenalin coming from?
