Holy cow this is weird because just this week I’ve been having pain my my chest/breast bone area. Especially when I take a deep breath or move a certain way. I’ve been worried it’s my heart….but now think it’s probably just another symptom. Weirder still is that I reintroduced yogurt this week. What the heck is in yogurt that could cause a pain in the chest?
Also I started making homemade kefir, and I ate a tiny bit of popcorn. So too much too soon.
