Breakfasts without Gluten, Sugar, Eggs or Dairy if anyone is interested (available on my blog). I’ve been following the diet for over 2 years now and am currently in a more relaxed phase (some fruits, occasional bits of coconut sugar, apple cider vinegar) and have found that I can maintain my progress this way–but everyone is different!
I found breakfast and dessert to be the most difficult things on the anti candida diet. . . you’ll also find lots of ACD-friendly desserts on my site. But please note that before March 2009, I was eating a whole foods diet, NOT an anti-candida diet (so there will be other sweeteners like maple syrup, dates, some mushrooms, etc before that time).
