I hate to butt in on this thread, but you may want to consider switching to undeceonic acid (SF722) as an alternative to coconut oil. Dr. Mccoombs mentioned that caprylic acid (coconut oil) is only effective for 6-8 weeks and at that point it isn’t nearly as effective. Undeceonic acid is effective for a much longer time and is stronger.
Another probiotic you can consider taking is HMF neuro , but it only has an 8 billion count. Maybe save this for phase 2? Just a thought…

On a side note: Is curry considered too spicy for the candida diet? I don’t eat curry, but it seems to contain some hot spices that may or may not be allowed. Just wondering.
