I would cut out the cream of tartar!

The cream of tartar is basically a form of salt created during fermentation (typically), so it may be feeding the candida, which is causing you to crave the bread.
If the baking powder contains corn starch, that is another culprit potentially. Get a non-cornstarch derived baking powder if this is the case.
