During the winter, I would have to soak them in the shower just to get them “warm” with the rest of my body. In the summer months, I would always have to wear sweaters at work. (I’m sure many of my co-workers thought I was crazy!) Lately, I have been able to shed the sweaters for the most part as my body temp. has also gone up (probably due to the candida going away, but I have also put on 6 lbs. in the last two months).–Before, I could never put on weight no matter what I ate before. Like you said, it’s a symptom that you just come to regard as normal because you’ve never known anything different.
Great story! Thanks for sharing. That really sounds like me too. Even when I was 23-24, I would have hard times taking baths and the first 30 seconds to a minute were agony on my legs and feet as they adjusted to the hot water. Now that I’m 30, I can’t even do that. If I forget and jump into a hot bath, I jump right back out like someone had boiling water in there cause my circulation was so bad. Now that I’ve been on the candida diet, it has really improved too!
Who knew candida could have so much terrible affects. I was a heavy weekend drinker in my late teens early twenties and diet was never that great. I guess I shouldn’t be all that surprised that I’m dealing with this now. I haven’t drank since before this all started back in March and I don’t plan on drinking ever again.
b-vitamins! b-vitamins! b-vitamins! Try them. These are all very common symptoms of a deficiency/malabsorption issue.
B-Complex Plus 2-3 caps daily (Made by PURE)
ACTIVE (Methylcobalamin) B12 500-1000mcg daily
Thanks for the suggestion! But I’ve been on B-100’s multiple times in my life without noticing much of a difference. Candida can also really play havoc on your blood circulation too.

So far nothing changed and I do the diet since March.
I also have numbness and pain in my feet.
Does anybody else have that?
You can try taking a b complex to see if it would help you but it really did nothing for me. Fighting candida was the only thing that improved it for me. But it could be different for you.
Poor circulation to your feet can definitely cause numbness and discomfort as well. I’ve been having muscle pains in my legs for weeks but I am pretty confident it’s die off and I have a theory that the pains could be linked to the bad circulation and the change for the better may be where the pain is coming from. Just a theory though so don’t take my word on it.
I’m just assuming that if a part of your body had poor circulation for so long and than it starts improving and coming back online that it may be uncomfortable for a bit of time as things improve. Like a healing crisis maybe. All assumptions though. If at anytime your pain gets to a point that you think it’s something more serious than just die off than you should consult a doctor.
