Just stumbled onto this and decided it’s a good one for my first post 🙂 I too have had cold hands/feet my whole life, realized it was candida about 3 years ago after finally putting the innumerable symptoms together. I also experience a sensation in my legs, and my ankles/legs have always been thin in relation to the rest of my body – I was always shy about wearing shorts because people would remark on how thin my legs are. I have come to the same conclusion about candida and circulation. I too find that the symptoms lessen when I’m on the candida diet etc. goingnatural may be right in that there is a vitamin deficiency, but I have personally found that all the vitamins and supplements don’t do much for me. I think it is because that line of thinking is how doctors often think – if there’s a vitamin deficiency, why not shove some vitamins into the body? But my theory is that candida is stopping your body from absorbing vitamins that are in the foods we eat naturally, so in my opinion it is a waste to try and take vitamins and think it will solve the symptoms when the underlying problem is still there. As with everything, we’re all different and it always takes some experimenting, and anything is worth trying if you think it might help – but for me the diet is the main thing that works above all else. Best wishes to you all, happy new year!
