I have a theory that when Candida is attacked with anti-fungals, it gets the message and retreats under its biofilm and goes into “protection mode”.
At a certain point in time, anti-fungals aren’t as effective. Thats the time to hit it with biofilm disrupters.
There was a guy posted on here a couple of months ago saying he went wild one day with “forbidden foods” and at exactly the same time he took a load of antifungals. I am tempted to say that the Candida was encouraged to come out of protected mode to feed and then was surprised to be hit with the anti-fungals which did their job.
Just a theory.
