So rotatin is wise? I pretty much know that answer that’s why I added yogurt and almond butter. More variety. I’m gonna try eggs today since I waited a day and see what happens. Just coming up with snack ideas is hard. I have been having some berries or a green apple. Fruit doesn’t bother me. I just wanna know if what we have is cureable and how long it takes for the gut to heal. Buckwheat is delicious. Idk if rice flour feeds the bugs but it seems everything does. I’ll add some of that stuff as the months go by and see how I feel.
