Thanks for the quick reply. I have tried a lot of things, however, I do realize that I haven’t been on a consistent, methodical protocol and that sounds like it may be exactly what I need. I’m doing my best (with the brain fog) to put together a daily plan for each week that is clear and concise so I can avoid having to go through pages upon pages of information every day to get a clear direction on what I need to do. Luckily, I have my Mom here (who had Candida back in the 70’s & 80’s) to help me and she’s been taking care of me since November. God Bless her!
The Lyme is definitely tricky and it’s just as nasty and ruthless as the Candida. I’ve learned that like Candida, it can cause just about every symptom known to man, and it gets overlooked by the medical profession often. Also, like Candida, you experience die-off symptoms as you work to bring it into remission. In addition, Lyme Disease has a cloaking mechanism built into it (sounds scary, right?) to make it extremely difficult to detect in all types of tests, including blood and spinal taps. The spirochete bacteria from the Lyme Disease can burrow and hide in your cells for years (or even forever), until they decide to come out and wreak havoc again. I also read that the spirochetes can get stuck in the Candida strands (I picture this like a fly caught in a spider web), which makes it hard to expel them from your system.
It’s been a nightmare dealing with both of these ailments together, but I didn’t come this far just to give up and I know that God has a plan for me. I only hope that part of his plan is to have me help others that are dealing with these too once I am feeling better.
If you wouldn’t mind sharing your liver cleanse, I’d like to take a look and see if it’s something that would be right for me.
Thanks for all of your kind words and guidance.

The first test showed that your liver levels were slightly high, so I would go with these results and try to heal your liver. Milk thistle is great for the liver, and I can share with you the liver cleanse I am currently doing, but these alone won’t heal your liver completely. There is more you can do, but maybe talk to your doctor or naturopath about it.
I would try out greek yogurt and kefir seperately and see if you notice any improvement or setbacks. This could get you a nice energy boost.
If your digestion is not as good as you’d like, I would try to focus on chewing your foods more…Try to you chew each bite 30+ times and this will create a larger surface area for it to absorb within the body. You’ll get more energy out of the food you eat in other words…its really hard to change this habit however.
I will continue to promote acupuncture as a great healing tool and feel that you could find benefit from it. Explain some of your symptoms, woes, problems, etc…and they will perform some magic. I think even doing it once will make you feel pretty good.
The lyme disease (if you have it) could be interfearing with the candida, your immune system, etc…and I don’t think it’d be best for us to suggest a way to recover from both of these at the same time. However, we can give you general tips on how to improve your health, diet, habits, etc; I feel your case is a bit more complex than what we’ve heard on the forum in the past and wish you nothing but the best in your recovery.
